Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

In most cases, no. Many insurance plans allow you to schedule directly with a counselor without a referral. We recommend calling your insurer to confirm your specific plan's requirements.

What if my insurance isn't listed here?

Give us a call. We may still be able to work with your plan, or we can discuss affordable self-pay options that fit your budget.

Will I have a copay or deductible?

Copays and deductibles vary by plan. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider or call our office — we're happy to help you understand what to expect before your first visit.

Is Telehealth covered by insurance?

Many plans now cover Telehealth at the same rate as in-person visits. Coverage varies, so it's best to confirm directly with your insurer. We offer secure video sessions for all clients regardless.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Please contact us directly for details on late cancellation fees.
